The Role
You will ensure all groundworks and hard landscaping tasks are carried out accurately, efficiently and in line with the demands of our build programme.
You will be hands-on and experienced in carrying out all types of ground works to specification, build programme and budget. A positive, proactive and planned approach to every task is essential.
Requirements
- 3 years + Groundworks experience
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Self motivated, efficient and safe approach to works
- Good communicator, polite and professional
- Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements & safe working practices
- A full driving licence is required.
- NPORS certs or equivalent for machines / excavators advantageous
