AGB was engaged by our Clients as Principal Contractor to undertake the build of this elegant country property situated in the heart of the Scottish countryside. Due to the scale of the build and associated works, the project was delivered across two phases with completion taking place in 2021. There are many intricate details to the external and internal finishings of the property which really set it apart, for the intricate rounding of the render to the exterior wall façade, using traditional techniques. The entertaining and family areas are flooded with light and framed with the breathtaking scenery at the property’s location.

AGB’s joinery workshop and decoration teams were delighted to be commissioned to deliver countless custom interior design elements of the property including custom staircases, wall panelling, shutters, stunning architraves, bespoke windows, proportionally scaled door and doorsets and cabinetry for the library, living and entertaining spaces. AGB also created a complementary hardwood covered porch for parking, hardwood exterior doors and storm doors as well as delivering an external landscaping package including driveway and grading of the beautiful garden grounds.
