This stunning house in Earlsferry was designed to maximise the potential of its corner plot location, combining the look and feel of a traditional house, sympathetic to its high street location with a bold, cutting-edge element to the property designed to harness the stunning panoramic coastal and golf course views as the backdrop to its living space.
Working in partnership with the architect to build the property, AGB combined traditional skills and building methods alongside cutting-edge materials & techniques to deliver the unique elements of this property, seamlessly. In collaboration with our clients and design team, AGB Joinery also supplied a wealth of custom-made cabinetry, fitted units, fixtures and fittings from our workshop to further enhance our clients’ living space including golf closets, bunk beds, internal and external hardwood doors, hardwood gates, cladding and a custom-built, feature wine room handcrafted in oak.
AGB’s unrivalled service and ability to combine forward planning with timely real time build, ensured that the project was completed and handed over to delighted clients in March 2023.
