We worked alongside PMP, Edinburgh, to deliver the client’s requirements for the restoration and refurbishment of derelict stone outbuildings, stone sheds, landscaping and access roads. Our team began by demolishing structures that could no longer be utilised and undertook the extensive refurbishment of the characterful stone outbuildings to be reinstated. Extensive works were undertaken including the rebuild of natural stone structural walls, new roof structures & natural slate tiling, full damp proofing, new concrete floors, windows and doors. Externally original stone features were preserved and reinstated along with the regrading and terracing of surrounding landscaping. AGB’s stonemasons completed the build of new natural stone walls, we installed natural stone paving pathways and crafted and installed bespoke joinery windows and doors. Access roads were improved with a new road surfaces installed.
